Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping process ensures your orders arrives promptly and safely. All fees are in SGD. 

We charge a flat $8 delivery fee for standard domestic orders, charged per order by our courier. Orders totaling over $150 enjoy free shipping.

For Sentosa deliveries, a supplementary $10 surcharge applies. 

Delivery within 2 to 4 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason. Returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Due to hygeine purposes, we cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non‑refundable. If a refund is issued, any return shipping fees will be deducted from the total.

After we accept your return request, here are some quick steps that you can take to prepare for the return.

1 . Please ensure all product tags and labels remain attached before sending back your items to us.

2. Pack your items securely in a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent any damage during shipping.

3. Remember to include your order confirmation, packing slip or proof of purchase within the return package to speed up processing.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and complete your refund promptly.

In the event your selected design is sold out, our customer service team will contact you to help you choose an alternative or arrange a refund.
